For Latino and Latina millennials and Gen Z, seeing themselves reflected in wellness brands helps bridge long-standing gaps in access, education, and confidence around health.

Feeling safe reduces cortisol, the stress hormone. Lower cortisol levels are associated with better sleep, improved digestion, clearer skin, and more stable mood. Many traditional wellness brands were not built with Latino health or cultural habits in mind.
